    Our Solopreneur package is perfect for the self-employed professional who is ready to grow but can't because they're too busy answering phones, scheduling appointments and responding to emails. With The Service Center, you'll have an affordable live receptionist to answer calls from 6am to 10pm Monday through Saturday. They'll also be able to schedule appointments and relay messages to you in real time.

    The Solopreneur package is just a $199 per month base rate and $0.99 per minute of connected call time (we don't count time spent waiting in queue, abandoned calls, hangups, solicitors, etc.) for inbound calls and scheduling.

    The $49 sign-up fee covers script building, training and implementation. A 14-day trial is included to ensure these items are completed before you go live. After signing up, you'll be prompted to schedule time with our implementation team so we can start answering your calls immediately!

    Need extra help with various administrative duties, but for many reasons don't want to hire a part-time or full-time employee? Whether a one-time purchase or monthly subscription, our Virtual Assistant come in hourly blocks:

    • $450 for 15 hours ($30 per hour)
    • $795 for 30 hours ($26.50 per hour)
    • $1,500 for 60 hour ($25 per hour)

    Need more hours? No problem! You can do so at the same rates in your hourly tier. Didn't use your hours for the month? They'll rollover for 90 days.

The Service Center’s Web & Graphic Design division knows how to design the best ways to reach your customers. Whether you need a logo, website, ad campaign, swag or online shop for your products and services, we’ve got you covered. Plus, unlike many, many other web development firms, we’ll actually respond to your needs and deliver a quality product in a timely matter without raking you over the coals with costs. Just need a good ol’ graphic designer, content creator or social media setup and training? We do that too! Schedule a call and we’ll discuss your needs.

Need something more complex? We’ve got a skilled (and slightly famous) crew of software developers and tech gurus who will work with you to develop a custom solution to make your operations more efficient, or just fix something that’s broken.
