Our Solopreneur package is perfect for the self-employed professional who is ready to grow but can’t because they’re too busy answering phones, scheduling appointments and responding to emails. With The Service Center, you’ll have an affordable live receptionist to answer calls from 6am to 10pm Monday through Saturday. They’ll also be able to schedule appointments and relay messages to you in real time.
The Solopreneur package is just a $199 per month base rate and $0.99 per minute of connected call time (we don’t count time spent waiting in queue, abandoned calls, hangups, solicitors, etc.) for inbound calls and scheduling.
The $49 sign-up fee covers script building, training and implementation. A 14-day trial is included to ensure these items are completed before you go live. After signing up, you’ll be prompted to schedule time with our implementation team so we can start answering your calls immediately!
