Our Solopreneur package is perfect for the self-employed professional who is ready to grow into the next step but can’t because they’re too busy answering phones, scheduling appointments and following up with emails on their own, yet they need to get to that next point in order to afford resources to take over those time-consuming tasks. You’ll have a live receptionist to answer your missed inbound calls from 6am to 10pm Monday through Saturday. They’ll also be able to schedule appointments and relay messages to you in real time.
The Solopreneur package is just a $199 per month base rate and $0.99 per minute of connected call time (we don’t count time spent waiting in queue, abandoned calls, hangups, solicitors, etc.) Monday through Saturday 6am to 10pm for inbound calls and scheduling.
The $49 sign-up fee covers script building, training and implementation. Get a custom greeting or directory, and voicemail message with your business name by our voice over professionals, or provide your own audio file for upload. (.wav or mp3)
Additional support, such as CRM training or post-implementation integration with your software solutions, is $50/hr.
